The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer experience and excited to own this pivotal area of a rapidly scaling business. They will likely take an interest in other areas of the business such as logistics, digital marketing and will be technically savvy and open to adopting new technology.

Optimisation of our visual merchandising and online shopfront

Prior customer service experience with a passion for creating 5* memorable experiences for customers!
Willing to work flexible hours with evening and weekend shifts required.
