We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team in the North West to work across Industrial, Logistics, Commercial and Residential projects in the Lancashire region.

What You’ll Do

  • Working on a variety of projects reporting directly to the Regional Commercial Manager.
  • The role will be a mix of office and site based work and will provide commercial support to the project teams on all projects for which they are responsible.
  • Ensure that projects are administered effectively and that the business objectives in terms of appropriate commercial targets and customer focus are achieved.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a Main Contractor.
  • Familiarity with JCT/NEC forms of contract.
  • Knowledge of current Construction Law.
  • Experience in commercial management.
  • Experience in procurement of subcontractors, measurement and control cycle, certificates and accruals calculations.
  • Good knowledge of monthly reporting and earned value analysis.
