We are seeking a Senior Estimator to join our Preconstruction team based in the North West, working on a wide variety of Industrial, Commercial, Manufacturing, Health, Education and Residential projects, ranging in value from £5m to £150 Million.

What You’ll Do
- Review tender documentation, assess risks and opportunities, and contribute to bid strategies.
- Complete accurate take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations and conduct cost comparisons.
- Work closely with the construction and commercial teams to ensure alignment on project delivery and methodology.
- Produce tender handover packs for successful bids and support the project team through preconstruction.
- Use software such as Conquest, Bluebeam/CostX, and Excel to manage estimating tasks and reporting.

- Proven experience in estimating within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with cost planning and two-stage tenders.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and commercial principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software such as Conquest and Bluebeam/CostX.
