We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Quality professional who wants to do more than maintain a management system — someone motivated to shape, influence and elevate the Quality agenda across a growing construction group. This role can be based in either our Warrington or Wakefield office.
What You’ll Do
This role offers the opportunity to operate at a strategic level, strengthening our ISO 9001 framework and embedding quality resilience across all business units and project lifecycles. You will play a key part in modernising our Quality Management System, enhancing internal audit maturity, and ensuring our processes are aligned with the Building Safety Act and industry best practice.
You will be instrumental in:
- Transforming audit from compliance checking to value-adding assurance
- Driving meaningful root cause analysis and trend intelligence
- Strengthening Project Quality Planning so quality is designed in from the outset
- Developing practical, robust procedures that support operational delivery
- Using digital platforms and data analytics to create transparency and insight
- Working collaboratively with senior leaders to embed ownership of quality performance

What We’re Looking For
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 10 years in the construction industry in a quality management role
- Experience of managing ISO certification held with a UKAS-accredited certification body
- ISO 9001 auditor qualified (ideally lead auditor)
- Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office (including Visio & Power BI)
- Good working knowledge of the Building Safety Act
- Knowledge of fundamental construction techniques, including earthworks, piling, concrete technology, envelope and fit-out trades
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in an engineering or construction related field
- Knowledge of Trimble Fieldview and/or 4 Projects
Personal Attributes
- Demonstrable experience and capability with root cause analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate and influence at all levels
- Adaptable and receptive to digital changes and innovation
