We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager or Building Services Manager to oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems across a diverse portfolio of projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure the efficient, safe, and cost-effective delivery of all M&E services.
  • Manage the full lifecycle from pre-construction planning through to on-site delivery and commissioning, working closely with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the M&E design and coordination process during preconstruction.
  • Oversee procurement, installation, and commissioning of building services.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety, and sustainability standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and resolve technical queries and design issues.
  • Maintain M&E programmes, RFIs, drawing registers, and project documentation.
  • Produce project reports and contribute to progress and client meetings.
  • Deliver value engineering solutions while maintaining quality and functionality.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with sub-contractors and clients.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience managing complex M&E packages on large-scale construction projects.
  • Proven expertise in a variety of sectors across both construction and pre-construction.
  • Degree or HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering or related field.
  • CSCS or ECS Card – Trade or manager.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and commercial skills.
  • Delivery experience desired over pre-construction experience.
