We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager or Building Services Manager to oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems across a diverse portfolio of projects.

What You’ll Do
- Ensure the efficient, safe, and cost-effective delivery of all M&E services.
- Manage the full lifecycle from pre-construction planning through to on-site delivery and commissioning, working closely with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the M&E design and coordination process during preconstruction.
- Oversee procurement, installation, and commissioning of building services.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety, and sustainability standards.
- Manage subcontractors and resolve technical queries and design issues.
- Maintain M&E programmes, RFIs, drawing registers, and project documentation.
- Produce project reports and contribute to progress and client meetings.
- Deliver value engineering solutions while maintaining quality and functionality.
- Maintain strong working relationships with sub-contractors and clients.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience managing complex M&E packages on large-scale construction projects.
- Proven expertise in a variety of sectors across both construction and pre-construction.
- Degree or HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering or related field.
- CSCS or ECS Card – Trade or manager.
- SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
- Strong communication, leadership, and commercial skills.
- Delivery experience desired over pre-construction experience.
