We are seeking an experienced Building Services Manager or Senior MEP Project Manager to oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems across a diverse portfolio of projects.

What You’ll Do
As Building Services Manager, you will ensure the efficient, safe, and cost-effective delivery of all M&E services. Reporting to the Head of MEP, you will manage the full lifecycle from pre-construction planning through to on-site delivery and commissioning, working closely with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the M&E design and coordination process during preconstruction
- Oversee procurement, installation, and commissioning of building services
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety, and sustainability standards
- Manage subcontractors and resolve technical queries and design issues
- Maintain M&E programmes, RFIs, drawing registers, and project documentation
- Produce project reports and contribute to progress and client meetings
- Deliver value engineering solutions while maintaining quality and functionality
- Maintain strong working relationships with sub-contractors and clients
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience managing complex M&E packages on large-scale construction projects
- Proven expertise in a variety of sectors across both construction and pre-construction
- Degree or HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering or related field
- CSCS or ECS Card – Trade or manager
- SMSTS or SSSTS qualification
- Strong communication, leadership, and commercial skills
- Delivery experience desired over pre-construction experience
