What You’ll Do

  • Maintaining accurate digital records, updating the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) with staff changes, and ensuring data security.
  • Coordinating the new hire process, creating contracts, and managing leaver processes through the HRIS
  • Addressing employee questions regarding company policies and benefits.
  • Keeping our HR trackers up to date, ensure legal compliance is in place and report to HRBP any irregularities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiencies.
  • Support compliance and contribute to internal and external audit requirements.
  • Answer the queries that come in through the HR group email account.
  • General administrative tasks to support the team.

What We’re Looking For

Skills and Experience

  • CIPD level 3 an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of MS products including Word and Excel

Personal Attributes

  • Strong organisational skills, data management proficiency, experience using HRIS/MS Office.
  • Foundational understanding of employment laws and HR policies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all employees.
  • Ability to work on own using initiative and collaboratively working as part of a team.
