Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Planner to join our Birmingham office. In this role, you will support project teams by creating, maintaining, and managing project schedules. Youll use your expertise to identify potential challenges, develop solutions, and provide strategic guidance to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This position is primarily office-based, with occasional site visits. Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including Design Deliverable Programmes, Procurement Programmes, and Commissioning and Completion Programmes. Conduct critical path analysis to ensure project timelines remain on track. Establish robust build sequences by reviewing tender/construction drawings, specifications, and bills. Programme Development and Coordination: Create integrated Project Programmes that measure progress across all project stages. Develop Information Required and Procurement Schedules derived from Project Programmes.
