What You’ll Do
- Support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of construction programmes across pre‑construction and live projects.
- Assist in producing logic‑linked and integrated programmes covering design, procurement, approvals, and construction activities.
- Gather and analyse project progress data, contributing to accurate planned vs actual tracking.
- Support logistics planning, sequencing, and collaborative planning sessions with project teams.
- Assist with programme controls, documentation, compliance checks, and planning audits.
- Help identify planning‑related risks, opportunities, and buildability considerations.
- Contribute to planning reports, dashboards, and inputs for monthly project reviews.
- Work closely with Pre‑Construction, Commercial, Design Management, and Operations teams to ensure integrated planning information.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Construction and lessons learned.
- Help maintain databases such as outputs, methodologies, and programme norms.
What We’re Looking For
- Basic understanding of construction processes, buildability, or site operations (from education, placement, or early experience).
- Awareness of construction planning principles such as logic linking, critical path, and programme structure.
- Competent in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Interest in digital construction, BIM, or 4D visualisation is advantageous.
- Any previous exposure to project controls, design coordination, or pre‑construction activities is beneficial.
