We are seeking an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team to work on a variety of projects across the Residential and Industrial markets. What You’ll Do
- Working on a variety of industrial projects in the Midlands reporting directly to one of our Commercial Managers.
- The role is primarily site based and will provide commercial support to the project teams on all projects/M&E packages for which they are responsible.
- Ensure that projects they are administered effectively and that the business objectives in terms of appropriate commercial targets and customer focus are achieved.
What We’re Looking For
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a Main Contractor. Experience managing M&E packages is essential.
- Familiarity with JCT/NEC forms of contract.
- Knowledge of current Construction Law.
- Experience in commercial management.
- Experience in procurement of subcontractors, measurement and control cycle, certificates and accruals calculations.
- Good knowledge of monthly reporting and earned value analysis.

- Ability to work in a team environment contributing across the business unit.
- Good management skills.
- Ability to motivate self and colleagues to achieve high standards of compliance.
