The Role
Procurement Administrator at our Wakefield Head Office. This role supports project delivery through efficient procurement and administration in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Confirm purchase orders for all: Stationery orders for Caddick construction sites, Civils, and Midlands sites & office HSE clothing orders for construction sites, Civils, and Midlands sites & office.
- Ensure all invoices for payment by the finance team have the relevant job costing cost code, are matched with the delivery note, and price checked against the correct purchase order.
- Align agreed credit notes with relevant invoices.
- Maintain and update the Caddick fleet database in conjunction with our fleet provider.
- Order & issue all staff fuel cards.
- Administration & collate all insurance claims.
- Provide monthly report to Group Supply Chain Manager (fleet update, invoice dispute/credit note received).
About You
- Organised, proactive, and enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment.
- You’ll Ideally Have Previous experience in an administrative or purchasing/procurement role (construction experience beneficial but not essential).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
