We are seeking an experienced Planner to join our team due to a number of exciting new projects across a range of the commercial, industrial and logistics projects throughout the North East.

What Youll Do
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, including Design Deliverable Programmes, Procurement Programmes, and Commissioning and Completion Programmes.
- Support critical path analysis to ensure project timelines are met.
- Review tender/construction drawings, specifications, and bills to contribute to robust build sequences.
- Help create integrated Project Programmes that measure progress across all project stages.
- Contribute to the development of Information Required and Procurement Schedules.
- Review subcontractor programmes and assist in ensuring alignment with overarching Project Programmes.
- Collaborate with on-site project delivery teams to support project goals and meet business unit targets.
- Provide consistent and reliable programme data to the Project Management team.
- Assist in preparing and delivering reports, including updates on critical paths and rescheduled activities.
- Support the identification of potential issues with project plans and assist in proposing solutions to mitigate impact.
- Help challenge proposed changes to ensure project objectives are not compromised.
- Support project teams with planning systems and processes.
- Contribute to the delivery of accurate and reliable project schedules.
- Assist in the provision of detailed planning insights to Project Management teams.
