- What you’ll do
- Support the Social Value Manager in delivering social value activities across multiple projects.
- Work closely with clients and key local stakeholders to achieve social value objectives.
- Engage with local schools, colleges and/or employability organisations aligned with our project needs.
- Engage with local charities and groups exploring social benefits such as volunteering.
- Support recruitment of apprentices and trainees.
- Engage with the supply chain to achieve social value objectives.
- Maintain and produce accurate records and reports for project teams, management and clients.
- Support tender and pre‑qualification submissions by providing social value content.
- What we’re looking for – Skills and experience
- Good knowledge of the industry and of CSR/Social Value.
- Working towards or completed a Business Management degree.
- Excellent written English.
- Proven creative skills.
