We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team in the North West to work across Industrial, Logistics, Commercial and Residential projects in the Lancashire region. What You'll Do
- Work on a variety of projects reporting directly to the Regional Commercial Manager.
- Provide a mix of office and siteâbased work, supplying commercial support to the project teams on all projects for which you are responsible.
- Ensure that projects are administered effectively and that the business objectives in terms of appropriate commercial targets and customer focus are achieved.
What We're Looking For
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a Main Contractor.
- Familiarity with JCT/NEC/ forms of contract.
- Knowledge of current Construction Law.
- Experience in commercial management.
- Experience in procurement of subcontractors, measurement and control cycle, certificates and accruals calculations.
- Good knowledge of monthly reporting and earned value analysis.

- Ability to work in a team environment contributing across the business unit.
- Good management skills.
- Ability to motivate self and colleagues to achieve high standards of compliance.
- Good operational planning and time management skills.
