What You’ll Do



  • Act as the first point of contact and trusted advisor for managers and employees across the Yorkshire & North East region.

  • Regular Travel to sites and regional offices around the Yorkshire & North East region

  • Provide advice and guidance on a full range of HR issues including employee relations, performance management, absence, and organisational change.

  • Partner with managers to support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.

  • Coach and support managers to develop their people leadership skills.

  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities to attract and retain top talent.

  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and support decision making, ensuring accurate use and maintenance of HR systems.

  • Lead and contribute to regional and group-wide HR projects and initiatives.

  • Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to ensure a consistent and joined-up approach across the business.


What We’re Looking For


Skills and Experience



  • An established HR Business Partner ideally operating within a fast-paced, multi-site environment

  • Strong knowledge of Employment law

  • Experienced managing TUPE, redundancy and restructuring activity

  • Proven track record in leading change projects

  • Workforce planning

  • Commercial awareness.

  • Experience working in a matrix management structure.

  • Comfortable with data, and using HRIS

  • Experience of supporting managers through employee relations processes.

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.

  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region.
