We are seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to oversee the design, installation, commissioning and handover of mechanical, electrical and public health systems across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial and logistics projects.

What You’ll Do

As Building Services Manager, you will ensure the efficient, safe and cost‑effective delivery of all MEP services including water, gas, electricity, communications, HVAC, ICT, security, life‑safety and vertical transport systems. You will manage the full life‑cycle from pre‑construction planning through to on‑site delivery and commissioning, working closely with internal teams, consultants and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the MEP design and coordination process during pre‑construction.
• Coordinate incoming utility supplies.
• Oversee and monitor procurement, installation and commissioning of building services.
• Conduct technical compliance reviews of contractors’ design & installation information and provide feedback for incorporation.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety and sustainability standards.
• Manage subcontractors and resolve technical queries and design issues.
• Maintain MEP programmes, RFIs, drawing registers and project documentation.
• Produce project reports and contribute to progress and client meetings.
• Deliver value‑engineering solutions while maintaining quality and functionality.
• Manage the MEP completion and handover requirements of the project.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing MEP packages on large‑scale construction projects.
• Proven expertise in residential, commercial and industrial builds.
• Degree or HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering or related field.
• ECS Manager’s Card or CSCS Black Card.
• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
• Strong communication, leadership and commercial skills.
