Caddick Construction is a family-owned business renowned for quality, integrity, and innovation in the construction sector. We are seeking an experienced Road Sweeper Driver to cover sites in our North East region.
What You’ll Do
- Operate road sweeping machinery across construction sites to maintain clean and safe working environments
- Remove mud, dust and debris from site roads, access routes and surrounding areas
- Ensure site entrances and public-facing areas are kept clean and presentable
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance requirements
- Support site teams with general housekeeping and site cleanliness
- Follow all site health, safety and environmental procedures
- Work closely with site management to respond to operational requirements
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience operating a roadsweeper or similar plant machinery
- Experience working within a construction or similar environment (desirable)
- Understanding of site health and safety requirements
- Ability to carry out basic vehicle checks and maintenance
