We are seeking an Apprentice Site Manager in the North East region to join our construction team and develop a long‑term career within the industry. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly qualified team whilst typically gaining a BSc in Site Management or Level 6 equivalent qualification.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist the site management team with daily site operations.
  • Help coordinate subcontractors and site activities.
  • Support health and safety monitoring and site inspections.
  • Assist with site logistics, deliveries and materials management.
  • Maintain site documentation and records.
  • Support quality control processes on site.
  • Attend college or training programmes as part of the apprenticeship.
