Caddick Construction is a family‑owned business renowned for quality, integrity and innovation in the construction sector. We are seeking an Apprentice Site Manager in the North East region to join our construction team and develop a long‑term career within the industry. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly qualified team whilst typically gaining a BSc in Site Management or Level 6 equivalent qualification.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the site management team with daily site operations.
- Help coordinate subcontractors and site activities.
- Support health and safety monitoring and site inspections.
- Assist with site logistics, deliveries and materials management.
- Maintain site documentation and records.
- Support quality control processes on site.
- Attend college or training programmes as part of the apprenticeship.
