Caddick Construction Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial team in the North West, covering large-scale residential developments in Greater Manchester.
The role involves both office and site work with travel to sites across the North West.
You will support project teams on commercial targets, manage subcontractor procurement, and apply knowledge of JCT/NEC forms of contract and construction law to maximise value and performance.
