Due to a number of exciting new project wins, Caddick Construction Midlands region have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Commercial team. This can be on a Freelance or Permanent basis.
Caddick Construction is a family-owned business which is part of Caddick Group. We are currently delivering exceptional projects across the Midlands region within a range of sectors.
This role will work alongside the Regional Commercial Manager working on a commercial office development in Brackley. The role is site based and will provide commercial support to the project teams on all projects for which they are responsible ensuring they are administered effectively and that the business objectives in terms of appropriate commercial targets and customer focus are achieved.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor working for a Contractor. Familiarity with JCT/NEC/ICE forms of contract and knowledge of current Construction Law together with experience in commercial management and procurement of subcontractors, measurement and control cycle, certificates and accruals calculations and a good knowledge of monthly reporting and earned value analysis.
