Caddick Construction is a family‑owned business renowned for quality, integrity and innovation in the construction sector. We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team in the Midlands and work on a variety of Industrial, Logistics, Commercial and Residential projects.
What You’ll Do
- Work on a variety of projects in the Midlands Region reporting directly to the Regional Commercial Manager.
- Provide commercial support to project teams on all projects for which you are responsible, with a mix of office and site work.
- Ensure projects are administered effectively and achieve business objectives regarding commercial targets and customer focus.
What We’re Looking For
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a Main Contractor.
- Project experience across Industrial, Logistics, Commercial or Residential.
- Familiarity with JCT/NEC/ forms of contract.
- Knowledge of current Construction Law.
- Experience in commercial management.
- Experience in procurement of subcontractors, measurement and control cycle, certificates and accruals calculations.
- Good knowledge of monthly reporting and earned value analysis.

- Good management skills.
- Ability to motivate self and colleagues to achieve high standards of compliance.
