We’re looking for an exceptional Golf Professional to become an integral part of our community and a core member of our growing team. This is not a traditional pro shop role. It’s an opportunity to build your personal brand, grow serious income, travel with members, and help shape one of the UK’s most exciting golf businesses.
The Opportunity
As a Caddi Club Golf Professional, you’ll work with a highly engaged membership who live and breathe the game. You’ll coach both in-club and on the course, host experiences, and help create the culture that makes Caddi Club special.
- On-Target Earnings: £70,000+, with top performers able to significantly exceed this (£96,000 achievable with a full diary based on ~40 hours per week)
- You will also have the opportunity to:
- Coach members on-course
- Organise and host UK & international golf trips
- Build deep, long-term relationships within an exclusive golf community
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver exceptional coaching using TrackMan and modern performance tools
- Become a trusted, visible figure within the Caddi Club community
- Develop tailored coaching programmes and long-term player pathways
- Coach both in-club and on-course
- Host competitions, leagues, events, and international trips
- Drive lesson packages and overall golf engagement
- Represent Caddi Club’s premium brand and culture
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified PGA Professional (or minimum 3 years coaching experience)
- A genuine people-person who enjoys building relationships
- Ambitious, commercial, and driven to maximise earning potential
- Comfortable in a modern, premium environment
