An opportunity has arisen at Bowsland Green Primary School for two enthusiastic and committed KS1 Classroom Teachers to join our team and contribute positively to our wider school environment by taking a key role in delivering high quality lessons for our pupils.

You’ll provide a supportive and welcoming learning environment in the classroom, play a significant part in the ongoing development of all areas of the children’s education, and put assessment techniques into practice in line with the school’s ethos and principles. In order to deliver teaching and learning at a consistently high level, you’ll help with lesson planning that achieves the needs of all students.

There are two posts available, both fixed term until 31st August 2027 pending a staffing review. Both posts would be suitable for ECTs. Applications are welcomed from both Early Career Teachers and experienced teachers.

Fluency Duty

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to converse at ease with pupils, parents and other users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
