What you'll bring to the team

Calling all chocolate lovers! Are you ready to join the team at Cadbury World and create chocolatey memories that'll last a lifetime? We're on the lookout for Guest Experience Team Members to join our Front of House Operations team!

As part of the Front of House Operations Department at Cadbury World you will be required to support the daily running of the operation. This will incorporate all areas that fall under the Operations Department including the Admissions, Exhibition and 4D Chocolate Adventure, as well as other departments onsite. You will be expected to take ownership when working within the attraction by delivering, monitoring and maintaining premium quality standards throughout the site that go beyond the Operations Department.

Guest Experience Hosts are expected to deliver an experience that is unique and memorable to all guests. You are required to keep yourself energised and motivated whilst in guest facing areas, always aiming to deliver the finest customer service and friendly & helpful engagement. You must ensure you seek every opportunity to interact and exceed the expectations of our guests whilst always leading by example.

The role requires that you will mostly be standing on your feet for large parts of the day and have confidence talking to large groups of guests. You will be required to always be health and safety focused with it being the company's number one priority. You must be competent and physically able to work on the Calabar ride.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • An outgoing personality and a passion for delivering a chocolatey awesome experience
  • Health and safety conscious – we like to keep things fun AND safe!
  • Confidence in talking to groups with a microphone (you'll be the voice of Cadbury World!)
  • Proficient in English with good eyesight and hearing (contact lenses, glasses, or hearing aids are welcome!)
  • A sense of fun that's as sweet as chocolate itself!
