We have several exciting opportunities readyfor thoselooking to workfront-line, meeting and greeting and making our guests visit that extra special, at this iconic attraction.
You’llbe on hand to ensure that atevery opportunityour guestsget the absolute most from their visit to Cadbury World.
As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll be supporting the daily running of the attraction. With no two days being the same, you could be working within the Admissions department or supporting in the Exhibitions and 4D Chocolate Adventure. On the other hand, you could be supporting the Chocolate Making Hosts or looking after the Retail sections.
You’ll look to take ownership working within the attraction by delivering, monitoring and maintaining premium quality standards in line with company’s expectations.
You’ll be ready to answer any questions about the attraction and offer any additional information to enhance our guests experience. You’ll look to manage any bottle necks using effective and polite crowd control methods, ensuring health, safety and welfare at all times.
With your genuine helpful nature and world-class customer service, you’ll always seek out opportunities deliver an experience that is unique and memorable to all our guests.
Aspart of theGuest ExperienceTeam,you will need to keep displays and point of sale neat and fullystockedup ready for theattractionto open.Throughout the dayyou’llbe ensuringthat all areasareclean,neatand tidy,adheringtothe health,safetyand security compliance.
We are offering seasonalpositions, contracted untilSeptember 2026, with a possibility of extensions to these contracts thereafter.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previousexperience in customer service, public-facing or retail rolewould be nice, but it is not essential!
- Goodcommunicationskills with the ability to engage andinteractwith guests
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- An enthusiasticpeople-person with a positiveattitudeandanability to manage multiple tasks whilemaintainingattention to detail
- Comfortable with having to stand for long periods during your working day
