The Role
We are seeking to appoint a teacher with SEN experience to join our highly motivated and ambitious teaching team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality teaching in our Enhanced School Provision for the majority of the week alongside some whole-class teaching across the rest of the school.

The successful candidate will hold qualified teacher status. They will also have:
- Evidence of strong teaching and a positive track record of the impact of this for all learners, particularly those with SEN.
- Knowledge and experience of the primary curriculum and the assessment of this, particularly within the EYFS or KS1 phases.
- An expert knowledge of, and extensive experience in, adaptive and differentiated practice.
- A secure knowledge of the teaching of phonics and early reading.
- A positive vision for education and children’s development.
- An understanding of children’s development and the pedagogical knowledge to support this development.
- An understanding of Speech, Language and Communication needs and strategies to support this.
- The willingness to go above and beyond for our learners and families.
- High expectations of yourself, the learners you teach and everyone that you work in a team with.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- The passion, motivation and enthusiasm to be a success.
