A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Associate Director to join CAD21's growing base in Leeds. This role offers a genuine pathway to Directorship.

You will play a key role in leading multidisciplinary project teams, managing client relationships, and contributing to strategic business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of multi-sector building services projects (commercial, healthcare, education, residential) from concept through to completion.
  • Oversee the technical quality of Mechanical design work, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, driving team performance, professional development, and a positive working culture.
  • Contribute to business development, including writing proposals, attending client meetings, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Directors on strategic planning, operational improvement, and long-term business goals.
  • Champion innovation and sustainability within project delivery.
