Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of multi-sector building services projects (commercial, healthcare, education, residential) from concept through to completion.
- Oversee the technical quality of Mechanical design work, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, driving team performance, professional development, and a positive working culture.
- Contribute to business development, including writing proposals, attending client meetings, and identifying new opportunities.
