Become an integral part of our Technical Publications team, where you'll create and deliver cutting‑edge diagnostic solutions that empower a global dealer network to identify and resolve vehicle faults efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and author processes to address complex faults, from initial symptoms or DTCs to resolution.
  • Develop workflow solutions for guided diagnostic systems.
  • Manage and publish clear, concise content tailored for automotive dealership technicians.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to gather accurate and up‑to‑date technical information.

What We’re Looking For

  • A solid understanding of vehicle diagnostics and electronic systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with technical documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a methodical approach to fault diagnosis.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering processes.
  • A professional demeanor in customer‑facing interactions.
  • Teamwork skills combined with the initiative to work independently when required.
