Become an integral part of our Technical Publications team, where you'll create and deliver cutting‑edge diagnostic solutions that empower a global dealer network to identify and resolve vehicle faults efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and author processes to address complex faults, from initial symptoms or DTCs to resolution.
- Develop workflow solutions for guided diagnostic systems.
- Manage and publish clear, concise content tailored for automotive dealership technicians.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to gather accurate and up‑to‑date technical information.
What We’re Looking For
- A solid understanding of vehicle diagnostics and electronic systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a methodical approach to fault diagnosis.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- The ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering processes.
