Responsibilities
- Author an Owner Guide specifically for the vehicle owner: The Owner Guide outlines system use, symbol meanings, essential owner procedures, and includes contact details, technical data, service information, and recovery instructions.
- Owner Manual - this is the main publication from which the others can be derived, printed and digitally delivered, in all required languages.
- Service Record - required in some countries without OSH (Online Service History), printed delivery, multiple languages.
- Vehicle Specific Guide – high performance use, off road use etc.
Skills & Experience
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills are essential.
- A tenacious, professional and can-do approach is imperative.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Experience of CAD and CAD visualisation tools are an important part of the role - we do offer training and mentoring in these areas.
- First class organisational and project management skills; your responsibilities include understanding and implementing the interaction with a vehicle programme’s product development lifecycle.
