We're looking for a results-driven Digital Customer Manager to take ownership of our clients' digital CX strategy and drive growth across multiple online channels. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where you'll play a key role in shaping campaigns, optimising performance, and enhancing customer engagement.

Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week in the West Midlands

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review digital customer channels and develop and execute comprehensive strategies across all.
  • Analyse and understand what the data is saying in terms of customer engagement, marketing campaign performance.
  • Use data and analytics to track performance, generate insights, and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align CX and marketing activity with business goals.
  • Oversee CRM to improve customer journeys.
  • Manage website performance, user experience, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Digital Customer focused or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services).
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (including CRM and marketing automation).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using reporting tools.
  • Background in the retail sector or a strong understanding of retail customer behaviour.
  • Experience managing e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
