We’re seeking an experienced and inspiring Training & QA Manager to lead a small, specialist team responsible for designing and delivering high-impact learning and quality assurance programmes.

Salary: 55k + Exceptional benefits

Location: Hybrid, office in central London 3 days per week

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about raising standards, inspiring performance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

As Training & QA Manager, you will:

  • Lead and develop a specialist team focused on training design, delivery, and quality assurance
  • Design and implement engaging, impactful learning programmes that drive performance
  • Embed robust QA frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance, and excellence
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align learning strategy with business objectives
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development

This role is based in London, with an expectation of 3 days per week in the office, collaborating closely with stakeholders and your team.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Proven experience in a Training, Learning & Development and QA leadership role
  • Experience managing and developing small, specialist teams
  • A strong track record of designing and delivering engaging training programmes
  • Experience building or enhancing QA frameworks and standards
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
