We’re looking for a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to play a key role in supporting and continuously improving our finance system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, IT, and the wider business, ensuring the system supports business needs, drives efficiency, maintains data integrity, and enables strong reporting.
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as the subject matter expert for D365 F&O within the finance function
- Support day-to-day system operations, including issue resolution and configuration management
- Partner with Finance to identify and implement system and process improvements
- Lead or support system enhancements, module implementations, and third-party integrations
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into practical system solutions
- Manage system testing, UAT, and change control processes
- Support users through training, documentation, and knowledge sharing
What we’re looking for:
- Accounting or finance background
- 5+ years’ experience implementing or supporting D365 F&O (Finance & Supply Chain)
- Microsoft D365 F&O certifications (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI / Power Query
- Solid understanding of relational databases (MS SQL)
