We are working with a growing business within the utilities sector that's looking for a

Customer Experience & Sales Support Manager to lead a small team of 5–10 people, ensuring customers receive outstanding support from point of sale through to aftercare.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes, developing people and creating a customer-first culture.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading and coaching a customer experience & sales support team
  • Managing the after-sales customer journey for B2B customers
  • Driving service improvements and operational efficiency
