The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

  • Develops extensive knowledge base of the industry, system, module and product, and uses that information to assist both the Client and Operational areas.

  • Undertakes process assessments determining the suitability of the RPA software, creating RAD (Robotic Automation Documents), Test Plans, mitigating where necessary, Performance Implementation Plans and creating and undertaking for other Developer code both Primary and Secondary Peer Reviews.

  • Building the Process and Business Objects, using best practice and industry standards

  • Giving weekly updates through team RMM meeting

  • Undertaking Live proving of code once it moves to Production and resolving any issues that may arise.

  • Facilitates calls with Technical, Account Management, Vendors and/or the Client when necessary, and updates internal RPA tracking systems, while keeping the Client informed.

  • Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the RPA team. Works with stakeholders and identifies and establishes priorities.

You will be a key player in designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions across various departments., * Bachelor’s Degree or Relevant Experience in Robotics Field

  • Typically, minimum 4 Years Relevant Exp – Includes consulting with clients to meet business needs.

  • Typically, minimum 4 Years Relevant Exp – In the Credit Card or Financial Industry

  • Ability to solve problems using experience and good judgement

  • Excellent and demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to understand and communicate technical changes in easy to understand business terms
