Few days in the office in Worcester and a few field based visiting sites. We’re looking for a Construction Director to take the lead on delivering high-quality projects from concept to completion. Sitting on the senior leadership team, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, driving performance, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

What you’ll be doing

  • Overseeing multiple construction projects end-to-end
  • Leading teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver seamless project execution
  • Managing budgets, resources and timelines to maximise efficiency and profitability
  • Monitoring performance, managing risk and resolving issues quickly
  • Building strong client relationships and leading key meetings
  • Supporting tender strategy and contributing to winning new business
  • Driving continuous improvement across operations

Leadership & Impact
