Are you a Customer Service Recruitment Learning and Development specialist who prides themselves in helping people grow? Fancy a role with a great work life balance working Monday to Friday 9:00-5:30?
You would lead and play a vital role in the training and development of new starters and existing advisors in the contact centre. During an exciting time where we are expanding and setting up a new contact centre in Altrincham, your team are continually looking at new ways to ensure we continually improve our overall training with a real focus of equipping our colleagues to deliver First Contact Resolution on every call.
Your new tasks and responsibilities:
- Create and deliver training for new starters into the business
- Collate and act on feedback from training to ensure training is fit for purpose
- Perform quality monitoring as per the standards set in the Quality Management Framework ensuring accurate information is provided to customers at all times enabling FCR.
- Work alongside the HR manager on attraction and recruitment campaigns
- Coach and mentor new starters
- Play a vital role in supporting any new training requirements
- Place adverts on job boards
- Screen candidates ready for interview
- Lead/assist in incentive and motivational schemes.
Utilities and or Telecoms experience is desirable for this position alongside high volume advisor recruitment and onboarding in contact centres.
