Cactus Search are delighted to be supporting a well-established business that has enjoyed growth in recent years and is now looking to grow even more by adding a Real Time Analyst to its resource planning function.
The Real Time Analyst will be responsible for ensuring effective utilisation of resources to provide best in class customer service in the most efficient way possible. You will supervise the day in real time by providing intraday management and analysis of changes in customer contact behaviours and forecast variances to support operational teams with their SLA targets.
Key Skills Needed:
- Strong background in real time management within a contact centre environment
- Experience with reporting systems, WFM tools and VOIP platforms (Ideally Power BI & Verint)
- Collaborative team player, who can build strong working relationships with the team and stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, identifying trends and opportunities
- Good communication skills at varying levels
- Strong attention to detail and has a can-do attitude
