We are looking for a Head of Product (SaaS) - you will be responsible for ensuring the clients SaaS tech products are designed, delivered, and supported to the highest standards. This role focuses on aligning the business product strategy with operational excellence, ensuring that delivery processes are efficient & agile. This role is minimum 1-2 days per week on site in Glasgow. Please only apply if you are based in commutable distance from Glasgow City Centre.
- Oversee the planning, execution, risk management & quality assurance of all products & releases.
- Implement and refine agile best practices & framework.
- Oversee performance of the 24/7 support team, ensuring SLAs, response times, and resolution targets are met & improved.
- Previous experience managing product delivery in complex and fast-paced B2B - Digital/Tech/IT environments.
- In-depth understanding of Agile and other product development methodologies.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
