Outbound Sales Team Manager – Contact Centre (WFH)

Are you a natural leader with a passion for driving sales performance?

We’re looking for a dynamic Outbound Sales Team Manager to lead a team of 12–15 FTE in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company and make a real impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a remote team of outbound sales advisors.
  • Drive sales performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Analyse data and implement process improvements to maximise results.
  • Deliver coaching, feedback, and training to boost individual and team success.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance and customer experience.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience managing an outbound sales team (contact centre FS/ FCA regulated).
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills – able to get the best out of people.
  • Results-focused, with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
  • Comfortable working remotely with the ability to manage performance virtually.
