Outbound Sales Team Manager – Contact Centre (WFH)
Are you a natural leader with a passion for driving sales performance?
We’re looking for a dynamic Outbound Sales Team Manager to lead a team of 12–15 FTE in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company and make a real impact.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a remote team of outbound sales advisors.
- Drive sales performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Analyse data and implement process improvements to maximise results.
- Deliver coaching, feedback, and training to boost individual and team success.
- Maintain high standards of compliance and customer experience.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience managing an outbound sales team (contact centre FS/ FCA regulated).
- Strong leadership and motivational skills – able to get the best out of people.
- Results-focused, with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
- Comfortable working remotely with the ability to manage performance virtually.
