Cactus Search is seeking an experienced Dialler Manager to optimise outbound campaigns and drive performance in a fast-growing contact centre environment.

You will own dialler strategy, monitor performance and collaborate with Sales, Operations and Data teams to maximise contact rates and productivity.

In this role you will analyse data, implement improvements and ensure campaigns meet commercial targets while maintaining regulatory compliance.
