We’re looking for an Operational Excellence Lead to drive continuous improvement across a fast-paced operational environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about efficiency, performance insight, and coaching teams to deliver better outcomes.
This role is paying between £45-55k + Bens (Hybrid – The business has sites around the UK).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Operational Excellence (OpEx) and continuous improvement initiatives
- Embed standard ways of working and operational performance routines
- Track and report benefits, productivity improvements, and performance insights
- Coach operational leaders in Lean / OpEx tools and problem‑solving techniques
- Identify inefficiencies and support improvements in service delivery and operational performance
Desired Experience
- Experience delivering operational or continuous improvement initiatives
- Exposure to Lean, Operational Excellence, or CI methodologies
- Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance dashboards
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching skills
- Background in CI – in a customer operations, contact centres, or operational environments is advantageous
