As a Recruitment Consultant in our client’s Educator division, you’ll join a team driven by one purpose: delivering better education experiences for pupils across the UK.

What you’ll do

  • Build strong relationships with schools and educators
  • Recruit, place, and support quality teaching staff
  • Grow your portfolio of clients and maximise opportunities
  • Deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and service

  • A natural people-person with strong communication skills

  • A passion for education (experience in education or sales is a bonus, not a must!)
