Reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence, this role is vital to the delivery of our clients CX strategy and will be the core relationship manager between their team of Analysts, Operations and the wider leadership team.
As our clients Fraud & Financial Crime Business Partner, you will act as the key link between Shared Services and the wider business — translating fraud strategy into practical, commercial solutions. You will provide expert insight, proactive risk management, and data-driven recommendations that strengthen controls while enabling operational efficiency.
Leading a high performing team of Analysts you will:
- Lead Performance Improvement Sprints - a data-driven initiative to improve operational efficiency and KPIs.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Risk, and Technology teams to identify and mitigate fraud risks.
- Collaborate closely with Ops Leads and the OpEx team to identify critical KPIs, implement targeted interventions, and reduce performance variability.
- Design and embed robust fraud prevention and detection frameworks.
- Use data analytics to identify priority areas where interventions will deliver the greatest performance uplift.
- Provide coaching and structured support to enable managers to identify and lead effective interventions.
- Analyse fraud trends and produce actionable MI for senior stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement across controls, processes, and governance.
