We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships and driving long-term retention. This is a hands-on role focused on account ownership rather than reactive support.

You will lead large-site onboarding, work closely with clients in person, and partner with internal teams to deliver a smooth, joined-up client experience. Based in the office in Brent Cross, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, takes initiative, and enjoys managing accounts with structure, pace, and purpose.

You will take full ownership of the day-to-day performance and relationship management of your client portfolio, acting as the main point of contact and accountability for service delivery and issue resolution. Working closely with various departments, you will ensure cases are handled efficiently and clients receive a consistent, high-quality experience.

You will also act as a first point of escalation and, when needed, help maintain continuity, sound decision-making, and effective escalation management. A key part of the role is building trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholders.

You will proactively monitor account health, identify early signs of risk or dissatisfaction, and put recovery plans in place before issues escalate. Regular, clear communication on performance, risks, and opportunities will be central to how you manage and retain your accounts, including in-person client engagement where required.
