The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
As part of this role you will support Operations to deliver effective people management to achieve key campaign goals. You will also provide coaching and support to people managers in the application of HR policies and processes, and drive capability improvement in people managers.
Duties:
- To proactively support the delivery of effective people management through expert advice and guidance as well as coaching and mentoring people managers.
- To identify solutions to people concerns through the development and implementation of improved people practices.
Experience:
- Experience within a similar role within a Contact Centre or fast-paced environment.
- Experience in leading organisational change including redundancy and TUPE programmes.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice with the ability to quickly build effective working relations with key stakeholders.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with experience of project planning.
- The ability to work within a team to deliver results, skills within identifying problems and the ability to develop alternative solutions.
- Experience helping others develop through coaching and sharing best practice.
- Highly personable, approachable and engaging with strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Able to apply HR knowledge and experience to confidently make independent decisions.
- Good planning, time management and organisational skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft packages.
- Strong HR system experience with the ability to quickly learn, use and develop the HR system.
