We’re looking for high-performing new business hunters with strong experience in BPO, contact centre, CX, or outsourcing services. This is a pure new logo acquisition role – you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise-level clients across the UK and beyond.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving new client acquisition (enterprise / mid-market)
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Leading full sales cycles from prospecting through to close
  • Working closely with operational and solution teams to shape winning proposals
  • Winning high-value contracts in competitive BPO/CX markets

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven track record in new logo sales / hunter roles
  • Experience in BPO, contact centre, CX, outsourcing, or SaaS/services
  • Strong commercial acumen and deal-closing capability
  • Confident engaging C-level stakeholders
  • Self-starter with a strong network and pipeline capability
