Monday - Friday 9am – 5.30pm Saturday 9am - 1pm (Saturday’s you will be required to work 1 Saturday in 4) Onsite - Northampton

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a team across customer service and sales activities
  • Creating a positive, high‑performance culture where people feel supported and empowered
  • Coaching team members through regular feedback, 1:1s, and on‑the‑job guidance
  • Monitoring performance and using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Managing day‑to‑day operations, including workload planning and team organisation
  • Stepping in to support the team during busy periods or complex customer interactions
