We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Customer Manager to take ownership of our clients' digital CX strategy and drive growth across multiple online channels. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where you’ll play a key role in shaping campaigns, optimising performance, and enhancing customer engagement.
Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week in the West Midlands
Key Responsibilities:
- Review digital customer channels and develop and execute comprehensive strategies across all.
- Analyse and understand what the data is saying in terms of customer engagement, marketing campaign performance.
- Use data and analytics to track performance, generate insights, and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align CX and marketing activity with business goals.
- Oversee CRM to improve customer journeys.
- Manage website performance, user experience, and conversion rate optimisation.
- Stay up to date with digital trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Digital Customer focused or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services).
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (including CRM and marketing automation).
- Strong analytical skills and experience using reporting tools.
- Background in the retail sector or a strong understanding of retail customer behaviour.
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
