This is a strategic leadership role for someone who knows how to turn sales strategy into measurable commercial results — improving conversion, maximising revenue and transforming the way customer management and contact centre sales operations perform.
The role will focus on:
- Leading a global B2C sales development and transformation agenda.
- Improving lead-to-sale conversion, customer acquisition and revenue generation.
- Identifying opportunities to optimise sales processes, customer journeys and onboarding.
- Using data, insight and commercial analysis to shape sales strategy and demonstrate business impact.
- Working across operations, marketing, technology and senior leadership to deliver sustainable improvements.
- Embedding new ways of working and ensuring transformation translates into measurable, lasting results.

- Extensive experience in contact centre sales, customer management or B2C revenue operations.
- A proven track record of delivering sales performance and conversion improvements at scale.
- Experience leading strategic change across multiple teams, regions or international markets.
