URGENT HIRING: NPPV-CLEARED CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
Location: Birmingham, UK. Salary: £26,000 per annum. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Start date: Immediate. Security requirement: Must already hold the required NPPV clearance.

- You must already be based in the UK.
- You must already hold valid NPPV clearance.
- You must be available immediately.
The Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering a professional, efficient and customer-focused service. You will handle customer enquiries, provide accurate information, maintain clear records and ensure all interactions are managed professionally and in line with relevant procedures.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer enquiries by telephone, email and other communication channels.
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information.
- Handling sensitive information professionally and confidentially.
- Following established processes, policies and security requirements.
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times.
